TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE “CIDAR” GIVEAWAY

1. GIVEAWAY ORGANIZER

This contest is a marketing action by Laboratorios König S.A. (the ORGANIZER) with its legal address at Av. De Mayo 769, PB, office “10,” CABA, City of Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Geographic Scope: This giveaway is valid only within the territory of the Argentine Republic.

2. TERMS AND PARTICIPATION

These terms and conditions for participation in the contest constitute the specific requirements necessary to participate in the “CIDAR” contest. All aspects relating to the conditions of participation, validity, duration, operation of the contest, and prizes will be governed by the provisions set forth herein.

3. ACCEPTANCE OF THE GIVEAWAY TERMS

Participation in this contest implies full and unconditional acceptance of all the conditions stated herein. Acceptance of these “Terms and Conditions” is an essential requirement to participate. Those who do not accept or do not agree with any provision of these terms may not participate in the giveaway. The ORGANIZER’s decisions regarding each and every aspect of the promotion will be final and unappealable.

4. ELIGIBILITY

All veterinarians within the territory of the Argentine Republic are eligible to participate.

5. PARTICIPATION MECHANICS

To participate in the giveaway, it is a requirement to purchase one CIDAR display via transfer.

To increase their chances, participants must share and tag the Instagram account www.instagram.com/konig.mascotas. Winners will be selected through a random draw among all persons who purchase a Cidar display.

6. DEADLINES AND DATES

Participation in the giveaway is open from July 7 to August 31.

Draw Date: The giveaway will be held on September 1 and 2, 2025, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:15 p.m.

7. PRIZES

The prize to be drawn consists of 15 trips to Iguazú Falls. Each trip includes a round-trip ticket, four nights of hotel accommodation with breakfast, entry to the CIVI Congress to attend important lectures, and an excursion to the Falls for each winner. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. To be considered a winner, the person must confirm attendance within 48 hours of being notified of the prize. By accepting the prize, winners agree to pay all taxes applicable under Argentine law.

8. PRIZE NOTIFICATION

Winners will be notified through contact by König’s Sales Executives and/or Advisors.

9. DISCLOSURE AND PUBLICITY

Winners authorize the organizers to use their names and images for promotional purposes in any media and formats the organizers deem appropriate, without any right to compensation. The Organizer reserves the right to use all photos shared by participants as part of this campaign to promote König’s commercial activities within the national territory.

10. LIABILITY

The organizers are not responsible for any damages or losses participants or third parties may suffer, to their persons or property, arising from or in connection with participation in the giveaway or the use of the prize.

11. FINAL PROVISIONS

The organizers reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions while always ensuring participants’ rights, and to use all photos shared by participants as part of this campaign to promote their brands and products within the national territory.

For any legal matters arising from the giveaway, participants and organizers submit to the jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.
